Have you ever experienced being an outcast? How do you handle the diversity around you?
A great quote says, "Diversity is not about how we differ. Diversity is about embracing one another's uniqueness." The world is full of various things. Many differences exist in our opinions, perspectives, beliefs, and principles. We differ from each other in culture, identity, and race.
However, some of us have dealt with these said differences inappropriately. Some people believe they are better than others, while others accept their inferiority. Our differences should make us appreciate life and become more understanding of each other. We are all unique, and this makes the world we live in extraordinarily beautiful because the beauty of the world lies in the diversity of its people.

"We have people from the north, people from the south, and people from the country, like a lot of different cultural differences between all of us, but as a team where we all appreciate that stuff and embrace it." - Dr. Shaina Holman
